YOGA

Yoga has been part of my life for more than 20 years. In May 2026, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, diving deep into meditation, pranayama (breath work), anatomy, and the philosophy at the heart of the practice.

That journey sharpened something central to how I understand sustainability: that it is holistic, connecting mind, body, spirit, and earth. Caring for ourselves and caring for the planet grow from the same roots.
