For more than 20 years, I've helped major brands turn sustainability from a statement into a system.

I've led multi-million-dollar initiatives inside Fortune 500 companies, the kind of work that only lasts when strategy, operations, and people move together. My focus has stayed constant: build sustainability programs that authentically reflect what a brand stands for, sharpen how it operates, and create value the business can actually measure.

Real change never happens in a single department. So I work across the whole organization and its value chain, from executive vision at the top, to the day-to-day execution that makes it real, out to the suppliers and partners who shape a company's true footprint. Breaking down internal silos and getting cross-functional teams pulling in the same direction is where I do my best work.

I lead with empathy and purpose. I care as much about growing the people on a team, drawing out individual strengths, building a culture where collaboration beats competition, as I do about hitting targets. High-performing teams and lasting impact, I've found, grow from the same roots.
